1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of MemeDex, including the MemeDex Discord bot, website, dashboard, premium checkout, and related features. By inviting the bot, using commands, signing in with Discord, or buying Premium, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Discord Rules
MemeDex uses Discord APIs and must be used in a way that follows Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms of Service, and Developer Policy. You may not use MemeDex to bypass Discord privacy, safety, security, rate limits, permissions, or moderation systems.
3. Using MemeDex
MemeDex lets Discord users roll, claim, collect, trade, sell, wishlist, and manage meme cards. Server administrators are responsible for deciding whether MemeDex is allowed in their server. You are responsible for your own command use, trades, account activity, and any content you submit through commands or interactions.
4. Fair Play
Do not exploit bugs, automate command spam, abuse rate limits, harass other users, impersonate others, inflate server membership, or use MemeDex for illegal, harmful, hateful, sexual, violent, or deceptive activity. We may remove access, reset abusive activity, or revoke Premium if the service is misused.
5. Premium And Payments
MemeDex Premium and Premium+ are paid upgrades that unlock higher bot limits for the Discord account connected during checkout. Polar plans are monthly recurring subscriptions unless cancelled through Polar. PayPal plans are currently offered as a one-time 30-day checkout unless the checkout page clearly says otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal and Polar, and their terms and privacy policies also apply.
Premium access may take a short time to appear after payment while provider webhooks are verified. Chargebacks, fraud, payment reversals, or abuse may result in Premium removal.
6. Availability And Changes
MemeDex is provided as-is. Features, cards, rates, limits, prices, and availability may change. We try to keep the service online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every command will always work.
7. Content And Intellectual Property
MemeDex may display meme templates, names, images, links, and other media from third-party sources or user interactions. Rights to third-party content remain with their owners. If you believe content in MemeDex violates your rights or Discord's rules, contact the MemeDex owner or server administrator.
8. Termination
You can stop using MemeDex at any time by not using commands, leaving servers where it is installed, or asking for your stored data to be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, Discord rules, abuse, security risk, or legal requirements.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MemeDex is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, lost access, Discord outages, payment provider outages, or third-party content.
